Policies:
Because every floor installation is different,
It is impossible to list every policy here. Rest assured,
however, that we aim to please! Prior to beginning your
flooring work, we will discuss the job with you and explain all
warranties.
About Face Flooring carries a full insurance
portfolio and we stand behind our work. In the rare
instance that we damage anything while performing your custom
floor installation, we will repair or replace the affected area.
The product you choose will carry it's own
warranty. We will do our very best to explain the
warranties offered by the manufacturers, but we do not offer
warranties additional to those manufacturer's warranties.
Our labor is guaranteed. If you should
ever find an error in the installation or your floor, we will
repair the error at no charge.
Our references are top-notch, and we offer you
our word that our only interest is leaving you with a floor
you'll be proud of. In nearly all cases,
materials are pre-paid. We will generally ask for a 50%
deposit on labor. |
